We ship worldwide whenever possible. However, due to carrier restrictions, we cannot ship perfume products to the following countries:

  • Australia

  • Brazil

  • Russia

  • Saudi Arabia

  • Certain regions in Norway

Note: Customs duties, VAT, or import fees may apply depending on your country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. UK orders are typically delivered duty‑ and tax‑free.

3. SHIPPING PROVIDERS

We use trusted international carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery. Depending on your location and shipping method, this may include UPS, DHL, FedEx, or national postal services.

 

4. UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

 

5. DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@casasicilia.es within 7 days of receipt (or expected receipt). We’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
