RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You may return any eligible product within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

You contact us in advance to initiate the return

The return is shipped back to us within 14 days of approval

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:

Opened or used beauty products (including perfumes, soaps, creams)

Items marked as final sale or discounted

Customized or made-to-order items
3. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot refund items lost in return transit
4. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@casasicilia.es with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
6. EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
