RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: May 16, 2025


We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

 

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may return any eligible product within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You contact us in advance to initiate the return

  • The return is shipped back to us within 14 days of approval

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:

  • Opened or used beauty products (including perfumes, soaps, creams)

  • Items marked as final sale or discounted

  • Customized or made-to-order items

 

3. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot refund items lost in return transit

 

4. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

 

5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@casasicilia.es with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

 

6. EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
